Exercise!

Randy and I hopped on our bikes after dinner last night and cruised around the neighborhood for about an hour. Both of us enjoy bike riding and make it a regular thing every summer.

This shot was not easy! My right arm was sticking way out as I tried to get both of us in the picture while we were moving! I wonder what the neighbors thought?


A lot nicer than yesterday's depiction of the island! Long Island is so unique in that it's incredibly overpopulated yet still has so much natural beauty. This pleasant lane makes for a fantastic bike trail.

My friend and husband of nearly thirty years! God has been so good to us...
Bike riding is exhilarating and relaxing all at the same time!
