Last night...

Last night, the three of us decided on a game of Scrabble. We played trying to use every single tile and we did it! Here's a photo of the board and, yes, "AA" is a word. Click on the photo to view it larger.

The high-scoring word of the night was "ZERK." Randy allowed Abbey and me to challenge it without suffering any consequences, and guess what? It IS a work. It has to do with engine mechanics, stuff like that. Randy said he learned the word while in the United States Air Force. Value on a Scrabble board = 66 whopping points.

The second high-scoring word was "DECOY" and the points belonged to Abbey - all 36 of 'em! And even though "ZERK" was not my word, and I didn't think of "DECOY," this blogger won the game! Actually, she creamed 'em. Sorry guys, that's just the way it is.

I am getting better! I used to have words like "zoo" and "joop" but they would have none of it.
