On Monday, the little girls of our Christian Academy picked these yellow flowers for the entire time of their lunch break and presented the bouquets to the teachers and office staff. Mine are still alive and shedding pollen all over my desk. Someone asked me if it's ragweed... Allergies anyone?

Weeds, beautiful weeds!
On Monday, the little girls of our Christian Academy picked these yellow flowers for the entire time of their lunch break and presented the bouquets to the teachers and office staff. Mine are still alive and shedding pollen all over my desk. Someone asked me if it's ragweed... Allergies anyone?

That's cute, but yes, wow, would my allergies be going crazy!
I am so glad my school girls aren't the only ones who are picking flowers from around the property;o). It's been so nice we've been letting the students eat their lunches outside, and every day several girls have pretty pink flowers in their hair. I can't tell you how many handfuls I've been given;o). But your girls definitely take the prize for picking the most!
Thanks for the comments girls! There's nothing quite like receiving a bunch of pretty "weeds" from the hands of a little, wide-eyed child!
