Grimaldi's

Neal and Dan treated our family to pizza at Grimaldi's - a famous pizza place right near the Brooklyn Bridge that boasts the only coal fired oven in all of New York! We waited in line for nearly a half hour for two pizzas that were done baking in less than fifteen minutes. Was it worth it? Oh yes... yes it was...

Waiting...
When the pizzas were placed on our table, we couldn't eat them right away. If you don't let them cool for a few minutes, when you pull your piece away from the pie all the cheese will come off! It was hard not to indulge... Daniel almost gave in.
