Best meatloaf I EVER made - thank you Paula Dean! Just so you know... I doubled the
recipe and added 1/2 cup of flavored bread crumbs. I think next time I'll cut the salt content in half. I used organic, grain-fed beef and organic canned, diced tomatoes. I picked out the bigger pieces of tomato when I was mixing it all together - Randy doesn't like tomatoes in his meatloaf, but he didn't even notice them in this recipe! Serve it up with a pile of mashed potatoes and some well seasoned green beans and you've got a classic, American meal. 'Delish!
