A new favorite.

I don't know how to tell you just how delicious these pickle chips are - all I can say is that we purchased two jars and one of them is already empty.  We got ours in Pennsylvania last weekend along with some cherry jam, pickled beets (for Rand), and homemade crackers.  Anyhow, we're set for the winter now with plenty of soup mixes and lots of other good stuff.  Next stop?  Belltown Hill Orchards in Connecticut.  Simply the best apple orchard we've ever been to!
We went there last year and ate every single apple we picked!  Can't wait to go again in a few weekends from now!
