And you thought spaghetti was good?

I used to like spaghetti and meatballs...  USED to.  Now I like THIS!  Oh, you've just gotta try it! Rand and I have made it TWO TIMES already - each on a Saturday night so we could have the leftovers on Sunday.  This past year, we've developed this wonderful kitchen camaraderie that we never knew we had!  I never dreamed that Randy could be so chef-like.  Given the chance, however, he's turned into a regular Emeril Lagasse and me a Paula Dean (of sorts) BAM!!

PS - You absolutely MUST use FRESH BASIL in this recipe.
