I never DREAMED it would take me 6 hours to prepare a bushel of peaches for freezing!  It really was a lot of work, but worth every minute!  Now I have a freezer full of peaches ready for cobbler, pie, muffins, or quick bread.  They freeze beautifully, maintaining their firmness and delicious flavor.  They pair deliciously with blueberries, walnuts, or pecans and I am oh-so-glad I got 'em! 
"Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness." Acts 14:17  I don't know why, but I never noticed this verse until recently - and I just love it.
