| ♥ Three new friends ♥ |
Friday night found Randy and me enjoying the very good company of beloved friends! Marcus and Maritza came and so did Walter and his lovely bride, Rosie. What a time we had getting to know each other! We shared a meal of baked salmon, fried chicken, crash potatoes, sweet kale salad, sauteed spinach splashed with garlic, and a loaf of homemade peasant bread (with butter, of course). Walter and Rosie told us all about their wedding in Guadalajara Mexico and about Rosie's family there. Marcus and Maritza were the perfect guests and I was so happy to learn that Maritza speaks FLUENT Spanish!
