Mr. Higgins and I took a late afternoon walk today and came upon some lovely, late summer foliage. Here are just a few pictures. Queen Anne's Lace, a mushroom family, and some unknown species - the likes of which I've never seen before. Mr. Higgins found a dead bee on the road, cautiously sniffed it, and then, seeing it was perfectly dead, started for home.
