There's a little gourmet in everyone!

Randy and I have become quite the team in the kitchen, and on Sunday we made what you see right up there ^.  Fire roasted brussel sprouts (Randy made those), gently curried sweet potatoes (made by me), and paprika-lime tilapia. And yes, it was as good as it looks! Even better, in fact :o)
