There was a large palace among my hydrangeas last night, and a spider of the same size lived there. I can't believe I was brave enough to get this close for a snapshot, but I just had to! It was cool and balmy last night, and although you can't really see them from the photo, little beads of condensation made this web look like it had been strung with crystals. Beautiful! (The web, mind you... definitely not the spider). Picasa has added a really fun variety of picture enhancing options - check it out if you haven't already. Quite obviously, I was checkin' it out this morning :o)
